Local artists are inviting visitors to explore their studios as part of Bucks Art Weeks. From June 8th to June 23rd, hundreds of artists will showcase and sell their creations to the community.

The diverse artwork on display includes sculpture, glass art, jewelry, paintings, photography, and textiles. A free directory of participating artists is available on the event’s website.

In addition, there are classes where you can learn how to make fused glass, watercolour paintings, and lino prints, among many other things.

Along with local trails for various locations in Buckinghamshire, the website features a map featuring all of the artwork that is on show. These are available on the website and include Haddenham, Tring, and Milton Keynes.

“As a visitor you might decide to visit open studios on your doorstep to support local participants and to consider buying work made very locally,” stated Sam Burke, Chair of Visual Images Group, the organisation that puts on the arts weeks.

The joyous occasion has been organised by volunteers every year since 1985. In order to participate, artists must become members of Visual Images Group.
