Campaign to encourage people to go back to the workplace

Starting next week the UK government is implementing a campaign that will encourage people to go back to their workplaces.

Employers are told to take measures such as social distancing and mask coverings in order to reassure staff members that it is safe to return to work in the office. There are jobs that are “impossible” to do remotely such as transport, as well as damage being done to city centres because of people staying away from offices.

Matt Hancock, UK Health Secretary, said he prefers more about the performance and efficiency of employees than where they were working. The campaign will launch by the time most schools in the UK reopen and will promoted through regional media.
