More than 75% of UK adults have had two Covid jabs

Official figures show that more than 75% of UK adults have now received two Covid vaccines, according to the BBC.

A total of 39,688,566 people have gotten both doses, with another 7 million receiving only one.

Boris Johnson called the vaccine rollout milestone a “huge national achievement.”

Oxford Vaccine Group director Prof Sir Andrew Pollard has issued a warning.

Margaret Keenan became the first person to be vaccinated as part of the UK rollout.

Since then, more than 86.7 million vaccinations have been administered, with people receiving their shots in locations ranging from sports stadiums to circuses.
