The election of Buckingham’s first ever bard and deputy bard is to take place this Tuesday evening.
Spectators are encouraged to come cheer on the bard hopefuls from 7pm-9pm at the at the Cote in the rear of the Woolpack pub. Potential bards are strongly advised to register beforehand, although it is possible to just turn up on the night. There is no fee for entry; however, there will be a collection going around for the mayor’s charities.
