According to the BBC.

Jacob Rees-Mogg has quit as business secretary, as Rishi Sunak begins to assemble his new team of cabinet ministers

Close allies of outgoing PM Liz Truss are also out, including her chief whip Wendy Morton and work and pensions secretary Chloe Smith.

Brandon Lewis, the justice secretary, has also resigned from the cabinet and stated he will support Mr. Sunak from the backbenches.

Additionally, Vicky Ford has declared that she is no longer a minister in the Foreign Office.

Mr. Rees-Mogg, who backed Ms. Truss’s leadership, is also a close ally of former Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

He acknowledged he was unlikely to be kept on, as he was “far too close to Liz Truss” to work with Mr. Sunak.

He further stated that he would be “totally supportive” of the future prime minister in an interview with Vicki Young, the BBC’s deputy political editor.

The Conservatives, who have had three leaders in the past seven weeks, would be “toast” unless they banded together, he continued.
