Ukraine’s parliament votes to declare a state of emergency as fears grow of a full-scale Russian invasion, according to the BBC.
It will come into force at midnight and will last 30 days, a top security official said, as more Russian troops are ‘moving into’ eastern Ukraine.
It comes as the country urges citizens living in Russia to leave the country immediately.
