Starbucks will open a new drive-thru in Buckingham after their application for planning permission was granted.
The new restaurant is set to open on the former Little Chef site in the coming months.
Proposals for the drive-thru were submitted in December 2022, after the restaurant had stood empty for years. An opening date for the new venue is yet to be announced, however the company has started to advertise jobs online.
Building work has begun on the site, located next to the Travelodge, off the roundabout of the A421.
Plans include the demolition of the existing front extension and refurbishment of the existing roadside restaurant unit, ensuring the building structure is sound and replaces the existing window frames.
These plans also include additional parking spaces, which will require the removal of nine trees.
