Buckingham to house new steakhouse next month

Dukes Steakhouse Restaurant is set to open inside the Villiers Hotel on 1 February 2024.

It is currently available to book from the 2nd February onwards, offering lunch from 12-3pm and dinner 6-9pm.

Villiers Hotel confirmed the site underwent an extensive refurbishment in preparation for the opening.

On the menu at the new steakhouse is a range of chargrilled steaks and burgers. Also, the restaurant will offer a series of plant-based options for those vegetarian and vegan guests.

This will be Buckingham’s second steakhouse, competing alongside the Beefeater on Needlepin Way.

An invite only gala evening is planned for the steakhouse’s opening night on 1 February. Throughout the rest of February the steakhouse is offering special offers to customers.

During Week 1 they offer 40% off bookings and decreasing by 10% each week for the initial month.

Ben Roche has been named as the restaurant’s head chef, hotel general manager, Andrew Conway, will also oversee operations. A spokesperson for the restaurant said it would be sourcing local farmers and suppliers for its dishes.
