Paul Weller is coming to Aylesbury as part of an upcoming UK tour in 2024.

The former frontman of The Jam is completing a 14-date UK tour in April. He is playing the Waterside Theatre on 20 April.

Weller and his band will be performing for audiences across the globe with a three-night stint at the iconic Sydney Opera House and a showcase in Japan in January 2024. In 2023, his extensive travels throughout Europe included a series of UK Forest Live shows and a special guest appearance supporting Blur at Wembley Stadium.

At 65, Weller, who released his 16th studio album in 2021, has continued to leave his mark on the music scene with a subsequent live album and collaborative studio projects. Best known for his time with The Jam, the mod rock group that produced timeless hits like “Going Underground” and “A Town Called Malice,” Weller’s influence extends beyond borders.

The artist’s summer tour in 2024 will also see him visit Scotland and Ireland, with his performances at Trinity College in Dublin and Edinburgh Castle already sold out. Since rising to fame as a teenager in The Jam, Paul Weller has amassed an impressive record of 57 Top 40 UK singles and 27 studio albums. Before embarking on his successful solo career in the early ’90s, he played a pivotal role in another band, The Style Council.

In addition to his musical achievements, Weller delved into the literary world earlier this year with the release of his book, “Magic: A Journal of Song,” offering insights into his creative musical process.
