A busking venue is located just in front of the Buckingham Town Council Chamber, directly across from Waitrose.

This location is designated as a place where individuals can showcase their abilities for the benefit of the community as a whole.

Now that summer is drawing near, the Town Council is looking for ways to keep its inhabitants entertained before summer arrives.

This is something that a lot of people appreciate.

Over the last decade, this space has been regularly utilised by a diverse array of performers, including solo artists, full-fledged ensembles, and others.

The Town Council is strongly encouraged to utilise this location.

According to Town Centre and Events Committee head Councillor Robin Stuchbury:

“Buckingham Town Council Town Centre and Events Committee are very keen to encourage people to use the busking spot by Buckingham Community Centre and to come to the town and provide street entertainment. The committee noticed the value of this space and how it enriches people’s lives whilst creating an atmosphere and support for our local traders. There is also much pleasure for visiting members of the public and residents of our community so we encourage people to take up this opportunity to provide entertainment within the Town Centre.”
