Buckingham-based artisan brewery, Nunc Drinks, has celebrated another prestigious Great Taste Award for their Rebel Fizz sparkling kombucha flavour.
This also represents the first award for their lighter alcoholic kombucha range, with only 2.5 per cent ABV. Nunc Drinks is now the only United Kingdom brewery producing twice-fermented alcoholic kombucha.
Rebel Fizz joins the award-winning non-alcoholic flavours, including Rose Blush, Mango Buzz, Hops Monster, and Chilli Cha Cha.
Co founder Andrew Mills said: “We did not want to make normal flavours you can find anywhere, like a mango drink.
“We wanted to make flavours that adults would like to drink in a pub or at home and still feel like an adult.”
