Harry and Meghan ‘to raise baby Sussex vegan’

The vegan community exploded this Monday when the Sun released an article titled, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ‘want to raise Baby Sussex as a vegan’ but it ‘will not be tolerated’ by the Queen.

An unnamed ‘royal insider’ has claimed that the couple will raise the new royal addition on a plant-based diet.

Assuming baby Sussex will follow a similar diet to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the child (once old enough) will only eat vegan on the weekdays and will not participate in hunting or buying of animal products.

The Queen reportedly “won’t have it” and “bringing the baby up as a vegan simply won’t be tolerated by the monarchy.” Prince Harry has reportedly said that he “doesn’t want to upset his grandmother.”

Clearly, Meghan’s “hippie” lifestyle has had some influence over the royal family. Including, Prince Charles reportedly eating more organic and less meat, Prince Harry skipping the Boxing Day hunt, and Prince William discussing climate change with Sir David Attenborough.

The baby Sussex is reportedly due at the end of April.

Kensington Palace has declined to comment.
