Burnham Beeches: Bucks council find flytipped waste

An investigation has been launched after waste was found dumped near Burnham Beeches.

Buckinghamshire Council is investigating the culprits who fly-tipped building material in the picturesque forest of Burnham Beeches.

The flytip was discovered on Thursday morning (November 23) and evidence has been found which can lead to an investigation.

Buckinghamshire Council have urged residents not to pay waste removal companies in cash in order to prevent flytipping.

The local authority said: “Hoping producer can identify any waste carrier. If producer failed their duty of care, they will face enforcement themselves.

They then shared the hashtag #NoCash4Trash as a plea to make sure all transactions are traceable.
