Schoolchildren in Milton Keynes can apply for a free Easter activity programme.

At The Caldecotte Xperience, Action4Youth organises exciting days out that include food and activities.

Running for ten days from 4-9pm between April 3-14. Every day, 40 places are available for children aged 8 to 16.

Every session includes a hot meal and is free for young people.

There are numerous activities available in an attempt to cater to everyone’s preferences. This year’s schedule also includes daily cooking sessions.

Climbing, high ropes, water zorbing, canoeing, sailing, and archery are among the activities available to Milton Keynes children.

A schedule has been created to show which activities will take place when. Booking is advised and can be done online here.

Children can also participate in water sports activities at the outdoor adventure park. Instructors are trained to assist students with special needs.

This holiday provision is for children who are entitled to free school meals as part of their benefits.

Action4Youth, based in Buckinghamshire, also runs an inspiration programme aimed at developing young people’s life and leadership skills.

It also runs national projects like National Citizen Service and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award on a local level.

Many participants are directed to other Action4Youth programmes, putting them on a path to opportunities.

Around 70 local voluntary youth groups are affiliated with the charity, which is funded by grant-giving organisations and individuals.
