Police appeal for witnesses following assault of teenager in Milton Keynes

Police have issued an appeal for eye witnesses after a teenage boy was assaulted in Milton Keynes, according to Thames Valley Police.

The incident occurred at around 7pm on Friday (01/10) near Coffee Tots Pre-School on Jonathans, Coffee Hall, Milton Keynes.

Police say that a large group of males, all dressed in hoods and balaclavas, assaulted a single male teenager.

The victim was punched and suffered a stab wound to his hand.

He was taken to hospital for treatment for a suspected eye fracture, as well as for the injury to his hand.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable John Swallow of CID based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “We are carrying out an investigation following this incident and we are appealing for the public to assist.

“We would ask anyone who witnessed this incident or anyone with information to please come forward.
